The latest project involves building new luxury homes in the prestigious Lake Nona Golf & Country Club, starting at $3.875 million. This new development lies in an area known as “Cromwell,” marking the first major expansion of this gated golf community. The master developer, Tavistock Development Company, has planned 46 lots along Cromwell Road, releasing 16 lots ranging from a quarter acre to half an acre in size.
