History / Philosophy


The history of customer service and quality construction dates back to 1972 with Issa^® Homes. Over 35 years of building luxury homes and beautiful commercial and retail projects in the state of Florida has garnered Issa^® Homes a reputation for quality, customer service and integrity with their customers and fellow builders.

Established in South Florida in 1972 by Francis Issa, the company teamed up with Fred Costello and soon began building single-family homes in Broward County and Boca Raton, Florida.

As demand for Issa^® Homes’ trademark high-quality construction grew, additional principals were added to the Issa^® Homes team. In 1987, Don Hempel joined the company, specializing in product development and buyer relations. Rounding out the team was the addition of Jeff Marchell in 1992, specializing in commercial development and construction management.

Located in Celebration, Florida, Issa^® Homes' projects and construction can be found in numerous communities across Central, South, and North Florida. The history of Issa^® Homes in these, and other communities, is one of award winning quality!

Biographies

Francis Issa
As president and founder of Issa^® Homes, Inc., Mr. Issa concentrates on financial and future planning.

Fred Costello
With Issa^® Homes, Inc. from its inception, Mr. Costello focuses on special projects and is currently handling the Martinique Project in Jupiter, Florida.

Don Hempel
Mr. Hempel is involved in product development, marketing and customer relations.

Jeff Marchell
Mr. Marchell joined the group, bringing years of experience in luxury homes, commercial development and construction management.
